What Should I Expect?
When you arrive for your consultation, we’ll perform an exam to ensure you’re a good candidate for a smile makeover. Although a smile makeover is an option for most people, we want to ensure that your teeth and gums are healthy enough for dental treatment.
Next, we’ll work with you to determine which cosmetic treatments will best help you achieve your goals. Our dentists frequently recommend porcelain products, such as onlays, crowns, and veneers, to set off the smile makeover process.

Once we decide on your dental procedure, we’ll create a mold of your teeth. We will then ship that mold to a dental lab. The lab will create a wax mold of what your mouth should look like in its restored state.
Once the new mold is finished, we’ll discuss what you think, and whether or not you’d like to make any changes prior to treatment. Once you’re satisfied with the results, the lab will start creating the necessary porcelain fixtures to craft your new smile.
The porcelain fixtures should be ready for installation in three to four weeks. In the meantime, your dentist may outfit you with a temporary option.
